Last updated: 2026-05-21

1. Definitions

  • GetAirco: Monolith B.V., trading as GetAirco, established in the Netherlands.
  • Customer: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with GetAirco.
  • Agreement: any agreement between GetAirco and the customer regarding the supply, installation, maintenance or repair of climate technology.
  • Work: the activities performed by GetAirco under the agreement.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all quotes, offers, agreements and deliveries by GetAirco. Different terms are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.

3. Quotes

Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. All quotes are without obligation until the customer accepts in writing.

Prices are inclusive of VAT for consumer customers and exclusive of VAT for business customers, unless stated otherwise.

4. Agreement

An agreement is formed by written acceptance of our quote by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to us for the quote.

5. Execution

We perform the work to the best of our knowledge and skills, in accordance with applicable standards (BRL-100 for heat pumps, F-gas regulation, NEN 1010 etc.).

The customer ensures that the workspace is accessible and that any necessary preparations (such as a free socket near the unit) are made before installation.

6. Delivery and timing

Stated delivery times are indicative. Delays do not give the customer the right to compensation or termination unless the delay exceeds 8 weeks beyond the agreed date and is attributable to GetAirco.

7. Payment

For consumer customers: 30% deposit at order confirmation, remainder upon completion. For business customers: payment within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

On late payment we charge statutory interest plus collection costs.

8. Warranty

We provide a 5-year warranty on installation work. The first 2 years cover parts and labour; years 3–5 cover parts only and require an active maintenance contract.

Manufacturer warranty applies to the supplied units according to the manufacturer's terms. Annual maintenance is required by most manufacturers to maintain the warranty.

Warranty is excluded for defects caused by improper use, modifications by third parties, force majeure, or failure to perform required maintenance.

9. Liability

GetAirco's liability is limited to the agreement value with a maximum of €5,000 per event. Consequential damages, lost profits and indirect damages are excluded. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Cancellation

Consumer customers have a 14-day cooling-off period as per the Dutch Civil Code. After this period or for business customers, cancellation incurs costs already incurred plus 25% of the remaining contract value.

11. Force majeure

In cases of force majeure (illness, strike, supply chain issues, government measures) GetAirco is not liable for delays or non-execution. We will inform the customer as soon as possible.

12. Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements with GetAirco. Disputes will first be addressed through mutual consultation; failing that, the competent Dutch court has jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

We may amend these terms. The latest version is always available on this page. New terms apply to agreements concluded after the publication date.

Note: The Dutch version of these terms is authoritative. This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch text prevails.
