All-electric heat pumpFully gas-free heating

Completely replace your gas boiler. Heating, hot water and cooling — all electric. Net from €6,925 after ISDE subsidy.

Fully off the gas grid

An all-electric heat pump fully replaces your gas boiler: heating, hot tap water and in many cases also cooling — all electric. The gas connection can be removed entirely, which also saves on the gas standing charge.

This is the most sustainable option. With solar panels your home runs on largely renewable energy. All-electric is best suited to well-insulated homes (label B or better) with low-temperature heating.

All-electric benefits

100% gas-free heating
Hot tap water included
Cooling in summer (model-dependent)
ISDE subsidy up to €3,275
Lowest CO₂ emissions
Gas connection can be removed (saves standing charge)

Requirements

All-electric works best in homes that meet these criteria.

Insulation

Energy label B or better. Good roof and wall insulation.

Heating system

Underfloor heating or low-temperature radiators preferred.

Outdoor space

Space for outdoor unit on wall, garden or flat roof.

Buffer tank space

Indoor space for the buffer tank (typically 180–300 L).

ISDE subsidy up to €3,275

All-electric heat pumps qualify for ISDE based on capacity:

  • 6 kW: €2,575 — net from €6,925
  • 8 kW: €2,800 — net from €8,700
  • 12 kW: €3,275 — net from €11,225

We handle the application — paid into your account after installation.

Frequently asked questions

When is all-electric the right choice?+

For well-insulated homes (label B+) with underfloor heating or LT radiators. New construction is ideal. For older or poorly insulated homes hybrid is usually a better fit.

Can I keep my radiators?+

Often yes, but at a lower flow temperature (35–55°C instead of 70°C+). For older radiators we may recommend upgrading to LT models in critical rooms.

How much electricity does it use?+

A typical home (120 m²) uses 3,000–4,500 kWh per year for heating + hot water. Combined with solar panels often net-zero.

Does it work in winter?+

Yes, down to -15°C (some models -25°C). The buffer tank ensures stable hot water also on cold days.
