An annual service keeps your AC running efficiently, blowing cleaner air and lasting longer. It's also a condition from most manufacturers to keep your warranty — even on units less than 5 years old.

What does AC maintenance cost?
Per unit: outdoor unit €130, indoor unit €70. With an annual contract you get 10% off.

How often do I need maintenance?
Depends on your usage:
1× per year
Standard for most households. Required by the manufacturer for warranty.
2× per year
For intensive use (cooling and heating all year round) or business settings.
Every 2 years
Only for systems used exclusively in summer. 50% price surcharge.

What does a maintenance visit cost?+
A single-split is €200 per visit. For multi-split add €70 per extra indoor unit. With an annual contract you get 10% off.
Can I clean my AC myself?+
You can periodically wash or vacuum the dust and pollen filters yourself. The heat exchanger, fan and refrigerant circuit require specialist tools and certification.
Do you service other brands too?+
Yes. We service Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Hisense, Sinclair, Toshiba and most other common brands. On the first service we always do an intake inspection.
Does my warranty lapse without maintenance?+
Yes. Most manufacturers (Daikin, Mitsubishi) require annual certified maintenance. Without a maintenance log your warranty lapses, even on systems younger than 5 years.
How long does a maintenance visit take?+
Single-split: 45–60 minutes. Multi-split: 60–90 minutes plus 15–30 minutes per extra indoor unit. We schedule in a generous time slot.
Do you also offer business maintenance?+
Yes. For offices and businesses we recommend 2× per year. From 5+ units or complex installations we tailor a quote. EU regulation 2024/573 mandates annual leak inspection for systems with >3 kg refrigerant.
