Privacy statement

This privacy statement applies to all processing of personal data by Monolith B.V., trading as GetAirco (hereafter: "we", "us").

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Monolith B.V. is the data controller for the data you provide to us or that we collect about you.

Depending on your contact with us, we may process the following personal data:

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, address and city.
• Customer data: details about your home (type, size, insulation, energy label) and your situation as shared with us.
• Quote and order data: product choices, scheduling, notes, photos you send us.
• Payment and invoice data: billing address, payment proofs, VAT number (for business customers).
• Subsidy data: if we apply for ISDE subsidy or financing on your behalf, the data required for those applications.
• Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, phone notes, contact form submissions.
• Website data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit duration (see section 9 on cookies).
• Reviews: if you leave a review, your name and the review content.

We process your data only on a valid GDPR legal basis:

• Execution of an agreement: for quotes, installations, maintenance and service.
• Legal obligation: for invoicing, F-gas logbook keeping and tax requirements.
• Legitimate interest: for service improvement, reviews and prevention of fraud.
• Consent: for marketing communications and non-essential cookies.

We share your data only when necessary and with strict agreements:

• Suppliers: for ordering products and parts.
• Subcontractors: where we work with certified third parties.
• Subsidy authorities: for your ISDE application.
• Accountancy and tax authorities: for legal obligations.
• IT service providers: hosting, CRM, email — with data processing agreements.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

• Quote requests without follow-up: up to 12 months.
• Customer data: for the duration of our relationship + 7 years (tax retention).
• F-gas logbook: at least 5 years per regulation.
• Marketing data: until you withdraw consent.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• Access: to your data we hold.
• Rectification: to correct incorrect data.
• Erasure: to have your data deleted (subject to legal retention).
• Restriction: to limit processing of your data.
• Data portability: to receive your data in a structured format.
• Objection: to object to processing on legitimate interest grounds.
• Withdraw consent: for processing based on consent.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access. HTTPS, restricted access, encrypted backups and processing agreements with all suppliers.

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We use functional cookies (required for site functionality) and analytical cookies (anonymised, for traffic analysis). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising without explicit consent.
