Multi-split ACMultiple rooms, one outdoor unit
Cool and heat multiple rooms with just one outdoor unit on your facade. From €3,200 including installation.
What is a multi-split AC?
A multi-split system has one outdoor unit (the compressor) connected to multiple indoor units — typically 2 to 5. Each room has its own indoor unit that can be controlled independently.
Ideal for larger homes, families that want comfort in multiple rooms, or apartments where you want to minimise the number of outdoor units visible on the facade.

Multi-split benefits
Only one outdoor unit
Saves facade space and looks tidier than multiple single-splits.
Independent room control
Each room sets its own temperature and mode.
Energy efficient
Shared compressor with smart inverter — efficient even with one unit on.
Cooling and heating
All units work as heat pumps. Heat one room while cooling another.
Multi-split vs. single-split
For 1 room: single-split. For 2+ rooms: multi-split.
Multi-split
One outdoor unit + 2–5 indoor units. For multiple rooms.
- Less facade clutter
- Shared compressor — efficient
- Per-room control
Frequently asked questions
How many indoor units fit on one outdoor unit?+
Most systems support 2 to 5 indoor units on one outdoor unit. We size the outdoor unit to the combined capacity required.
Can I cool one room while heating another?+
Standard multi-split systems can't do simultaneous heating and cooling. For that you need a 3-pipe VRF system — usually only for businesses. All rooms must be in the same mode.
Is multi-split more expensive than multiple single-splits?+
About the same total price, but multi-split is more elegant (one outdoor unit), more efficient (shared compressor) and easier to maintain.
How long does installation take?+
1–2 working days for most homes. Piping lengths and indoor unit positions can add time.
