What does a maintenance visit include?

Full cleaning of filter, indoor and outdoor units, checks of refrigerant pressure and electrical connections, leak tightness test and logbook update. Takes 45–90 minutes.

How often do I need maintenance?

Standard once a year for most households — this is also required by most manufacturers to keep your warranty. With intensive use, twice a year is recommended.

Do you also service existing systems?

Yes, we service all common brands (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Panasonic and more), even if we did not install them. On the first visit we do an intake.

What is the benefit of a contract?

Automatic scheduling (we call you in time), 10% off compared to one-off visits, and priority on breakdowns during peak season.

Can I cancel a contract?

Yes, with a 1-month notice period. No multi-year commitment.

Do I get a report after maintenance?

Yes. After each visit you receive a digital report with work carried out, measured values and any points to watch. For F-gas systems also an updated logbook.
