Indoor units reach as low as 19 dB(A) on low fan speed — quieter than a whispered conversation. Includes anti-allergen filter as standard.

How long does installation take?
A single-split AC is typically installed in 4–5 hours. Multi-split installations take 1–2 days. We plan ahead so the work is done in a single working day.
Is installation included in the price?
Yes. Our quotes always include standard installation: piping up to 5 metres, wall passage, condensate drain, commissioning and testing. Any extra costs we name in advance.
Can this AC also heat?
Yes. All modern AC units in our range work as an air-to-air heat pump and deliver up to 5 kWh of heat per 1 kWh of electricity — up to 5× more efficient than gas.
How much maintenance does an AC need?
One annual service is enough to keep your factory warranty. We provide this for €200 per visit, or €180 per year with a maintenance contract.
Do I need a permit?
For single-family homes usually not, provided the outdoor unit is mounted on the back or side wall. In an apartment with an HOA, approval is required. We can prepare the HOA application on request.
Is there a breakdown service?
Yes. Customers with an ongoing maintenance contract get priority on breakdowns during peak season.
